6. Check Pool Equipment – If Service Tech Sees Any Problems Needing Repair, A Repair Tech Will Be Notified And Sent Out Immediately.

Wind Procedures
1. Check And Balance Chemicals

3. Extract Leaves And Debris From Top Of Pool
4. Remove Leaves From Bottom Of Pool (Except During Strong Winds… Santa Ana Etc.).
5. Check Skimmer And Pump Baskets
6. Check System
Note: During Strong Winds Leaves On The Bottom Of Your Pool Will Be Extracted On Your Next Pool Service Stop.
Vacuuming Will Be Done One Week After All Leaves Have Been Removed. Procedure Will Repeat As Strong Winds Continue.

Pool Service Agreement
1. It Is The Customer’s Responsibility To Provide A Bucket Of 3” Chlorine Tablets, Preferably Placed In The Pool Equipment Area. Tablets Can Be Purchased At The Local Pool Store, Or Through Michael’s Pools (Up to $299.00 per bucket). Salt Pools Are The Exception They Require Cell Service Every 3-4 Months At $125.00. Also For Salt Pools Each Bag Of Salt Added To Pool Is $18.99.
2. Monthly Pool Service Is Based On Four Service Stops Per Month – Starting at $125/Month
3. If A Service Tech Works 5 Service Stops In A Given Month That “Extra” Service Stop Will Acrue As A Vacation Day To Be Taken At The Discretion Of The Service Tech.
