Cracks Were So Extensive Pool Needed Constant Filling…Bad Thing in A Drought

Customer called me for an estimate on structural cracks around his pool. It had been drained for several years because it would not hold water and he did not know if it could be repaired. When I arrived at the job site I noticed all the deck concrete against the footing of the house had no expansion foam and had been smashing against the pool structure breaking up the entire Bond beam of the pool. Pool also had several cracks through the middle of the pool. We discovered the skimmer area had been leaking down into the steel frame of the pool. This rusted out the steel. Causing structural cracks with no reinforcement. We added new steel and high strength concrete and repaired the structural cracks.
