Bond Beam and Deck Cracks
Customer called office describing a leak in his pool. I sent my leak detection guy out there and he found a structural crack in the wall and he found a crack in the bond beam on the opposite side of the pool that we’re both taking and dye. This indicates both cracks were structural and leaking.
