Under Deck Leaks following new paver deck install…Ouch !!
Owner hired a paver company to remove their old concrete deck and install a new paver deck. After the new paver deck was installed above the spa the customer noticed the water level dropping. The leak detection company found the leaks behind the spa jets. After Excavating we found the broken pipes. We surmised that the pipes had been broken by the compaction used while installing the new paver deck.
